4 Unit Apartment Complex

Completed  a full renovation commercial apartment building project involving multiple elements such working with designers, working with local municipality, restoration, full scope renovation and inspections. Restoration involved ripping old material and reinforcing weak locations. Full scope renovation included, new electric service as well as full new electric in the building. New plumbing throughout the building as well as gas lines and new HVAC. New kitchens and bathrooms. New windows and doors as well as framing throughout the building. New multilevel decks and new flooring throughout the building. New fire alarm and fire devices throughout the property.  Working alongside top-notch contractors, the project was successfully executed, leaving a delighted client in its wake.
